The Show-Me State Games

February 27 & 28 and March 1, 2009

The Show-Me State Games Figure Skating Competition is open to all figure skaters regardless of residency. Missouri resident figure skaters will be eligible to advance to the State Games of America representing Missouri. Skaters from states without a State Games of America Figure Skating Competition may qualify for State Games of America through this competition but will compete for their respective state at State Games of America.  Skaters who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in this competition qualify to compete in the 2009 State Games of America.  

The State Games of America is a biennial Olympic style, multi sport event. The State Games of America competition will incorporate several different sports, with over 10,000 athletes. The 2007 State Games of America Figure Skating competition in Colorado had a record of over 1,100 competing figure skaters.

        Testing Deadline: 

        All Skaters must compete at their highest level tested as of February 1, 2009.

No certified mail applications will be accepted.

Fees:          $35.00 for first event

                  $15.00 for each additional event

                  $15.00 for team skaters

$60.00 for family registration (includes the first event for two skaters)

A $20.00 late fee will be required for all applications received after the deadline. A service charge will be added to the entry fee for all returned checks.
