This is a U.S. Figure Skating sanctioned event endorsed by ISI under the Joint Statement of Policy. Membership in U.S. Figure Skating or ISI is required. Registered members of U.S. Figure Skating or ISI must be in good standing. U.S. Figure Skating and ISI members must include their membership numbers in the application. U.S. Figure Skating’s ordinal scoring method, 6.0 system, with separate marks for technical merit and for composition and style will be used. Judging will be by a mixed panel made up of U.S. Figure Skating judges and ISI judges. A majority of the judges on the panel will be selected from the U.S. Figure Skating officials list except judges for stroking and spotlight events which may be qualified, eligible persons. Deductions will be taken on restricted events for elements not permitted. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and ribbons will be given for 4th, 5th and 6th place.
