Skaters will perform forward stroking in both directions on the ice. Music will be provided. Forward crossovers are permitted, but are not required. Skaters are judged on endurance, extension, knee bend, flow, posture, proper push and rhythm. Skaters should register for their skill level based on their ISI level Pre-Alpha, Alpha, Beta, Gamma or Delta.

Skaters will compete together in groups according to level.

They will wear numbers pinned to their backs for easy identification by the judges.

There will be no warm up for this event.

This event is open to Pre-Alpha thru Delta skaters only.
