Testing Deadline
All skaters must compete at their highest level tested. The cut-off date for testing will be posted here once it becomes available. It is very important that the current test level information is turned into ISI so that the online registration system ENTRYEEZE is up to date at the time of competition registration. Please note, it will take 3-5 business days for current test levels to be reflected in the ISI and ENTRYEEZE online systems.
ISI Test Level:
Skaters will only be allowed to register for events they are eligible for based on their submitted ISI test level. It is VERY important to ensure that all current ISI test levels have been turned into ISI by your skater’s coach prior to registering for this competition. The Metro Edge FSC reserves the right to combine events, divide events, or reclassify participants where numbers of entries warrant such action. If applicable, you will need to enter the name and ISI number of the partner at the time of registration. BOTH partners for each partner event will need to login to ENTRYEEZE and register.
Individual/Partner Event Registration:
When registering your skater for an individual and/or partner event, select the “Skaters and Parents” button to login to the Meet Me in St. Louis Figure Skating competition ENTRYEEZE Registration System. You will be prompted to create an account by entering your skater’s ISI number. Next, you will need to fill in your skater’s personal information and ISI Test Levels. The system will provide you with a 4-Digit PIN Number. You will be given the option to change the PIN Number. Write down the PIN number in your records so you can login to the Meet Me Competition registration website at a later time to edit your cart, upload music, and order merchandise/good luck ads. Next you will be prompted to register for your desired event(s). It is very important you use your skater’s ISI Number to register with Meet Me. This will allow the competition volunteers to confirm your skater’s current test level prior to the competition. If applicable, you will need to enter the name and ISI number of the partner at the time of registration. BOTH partners for each partner event will need to login to ENTRYEEZE and register.
Team Event Registration (Synchro):
When registering for a team event, a separate ISI Number and login is required for each team. Select the “Team” button from the Meet Me in St. Louis Figure Skating Competition ENTRYEEZE Registration System. You will be prompted to create an account by entering your team’s ISI number. ENTRYEEZE will provide you with a 4-Digit PIN Number. Write down the PIN number in your records so you can login to the Meet Me Competition registration website at a later time to edit your cart, upload music, and order merchandise/good luck ads. ONLY the team contact needs to register for a team event (team members DO NOT need to login separately and register for team events).
Competition Merchandise:
Official Meet Me in St. Louis 2024 merchandise available only by pre-ordering via the ENTRYEEZE registration system. Simply login to the Meet Me in St. Louis ENTRYEEZE Competition Homepage, select the “Competition” tab, and then select “Merchandise” from the drop-down menu.
Orders for Meet Me apparel will be due before the event - Feb 7th
Pre-ordered merchandise will be available for pickup at check-in table the day of the event.
Merchandise will not be sold during the competition!
Music:
All music should be submitted online via the registration website (Skaters must pay their registration fee before they can upload their music files). ALL uploaded music should be in “.mp3” format. Any other format will not be accepted in the system. Music must be uploaded no later than February 23, 2024.
Please bring backup copies of all music in “.mp3” format!
