SYNERGY SERVICE
We are fortunate to have significant community support for our club. In recognition of that support and because it is important for our skaters to contribute to the community and learn the importance of giving back, service is a vital part of the Saint Louis Synergy mission. Each year, Synergy teams participate in several community service projects.
Past service projects
Saint Louis Synergy, Webster Groves, Missouri
Saint Louis Synergy teams host a card-making event during the holiday season in support of the Red Cross Holiday for Heroes Service Project. The program enables Synergy skaters to "give something that means something" to St. Louis-area veterans. Our club provides the card stock and craft supplies, and the skaters deliver the heartwarming creativity and words of encouragement and gratitude. Each skater is invited to create a card, thanking a local servicemember for all they have done to keep our country safe. The cards are donated to the St. Louis Area Red Cross, which then delivers them to veterans in local nursing homes and VA hospitals. Synergy skaters have created and donated more than 300 handmade cards.
